Roles

Privatemode portal access is based on your organization role.

Organization admin

Admins can manage organization-wide resources and billing-related views.

Admins can access:

• Overview: onboarding links and product resources
• API keys: create, view, rotate, and delete organization API keys
• Usage: inspect organization usage across models and tasks
• Billing: manage self-service plans, payment methods, billing details, and invoices

The Billing page is hidden for Enterprise organizations because Enterprise billing is handled outside the self-service portal.

Organization editor

Editors can use shared organization resources, but they don't see billing pages.

Editors can access:

• Overview: onboarding links and product resources
• API keys: create, view, rotate, and delete organization API keys
• Usage: inspect organization usage across models and tasks

Editors can't access:

• Billing

Organization viewer

Viewers can only view usage information.

Viewers can access:

• Overview: onboarding links and product resources
• Usage: inspect organization usage across models and tasks

Viewers can't access:

• Billing
• API keys

No active organization

If you're signed in but don't have an active organization, the portal asks you to create or select one before showing organization pages.

Roles and tiers

Roles and tiers are separate concepts:

• Role controls what a user can see and manage in the portal, such as admin and member access.
• Tier controls plan limits and billing behavior for an organization, such as Free, Standard, or Enterprise.
